Component Cloud API
Capabilities
Granular, customizable access to Cofactr's component and supply chain data.
Structure
HTTP REST API with customizable response schemas and bulk querying.
Optimized For
Powering 3rd party products that serve multiple customers or highly customized workflows developed by in-house engineers.
Not Optimized For
Interacting with your data within the Cofactr Platform or integrating with typical in-house business applications.
Licensing
The Cofactr Component Cloud API is available as an add-on for Cofactr Custom plans or as a separate license for integration partners. Please contact [email protected] to request an API key. Usage is metered per Part, and requested data based on your selected plan.
Platform API
Capabilities
Read + write access to Cofactr Platform data such as BOMs, Programs, and Stock.
Structure
HTTP REST API that is structured around the Cofactr Platform App paradigm.
Optimized For
Integrating the Cofactr platform into 3rd party or custom in-house developed systems.
Not Optimized For
Data science and analytics or powering multi-tenant 3rd party products

Cofactr Platform API access is available in the Cofactr Custom plan. Please contact [email protected] to request an API key for your account. Usage is subject to the terms of your Subscription Agreement. Sandbox accounts are available upon request for Cofactr customers and 3rd party integration partners.

Capabilities
Query a unified database of Cofactr's component and supply chain data plus your own platform data using SQL or a visual query builder tool.
Structure
SQL Data Explorer and Custom Report Builder within the Cofactr Platform.
Optional managed ETL to your external database or data warehouse for use with 3rd party business intelligence, dashboarding, and reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau.

Licensing
The Cofactr Reporting App is included in all Cofactr Intelligence plans. Cofactr Intelligence is temporarily included in all Cofactr Platform subscriptions while it is in Beta. Cofactr Reporting ETL is available in Cofactr Custom plans. Please contact [email protected] to enable ETL.
No-Code Integrations
