When you click on the Programs app, it'll show you a list of all your Programs in Cofactr. As always, you can filter, sort, search, and modify columns to view the information you care about most.

Click the "New Program" button

At a minimum, you'll need to name your program and add a location.

Fleshing out your Program

When you open your new program, it will look like this.

You can click "Add BOM" and select an existing BOM.

You can edit any of the summary fields with a pencil icon.

Performing actions on your holistic Program

There are several actions you can take on your Program:

(1) Approve a program

(2) Consume stock

(3) Create an assembly lot

(4) Complete program

(5) Duplicate program

(6) Lock program

(7) Archive program

(8) Delete program

Performing actions on parts within your Program

To make it easier to perform actions on multiple line-items, we've enabled bulk-action workflows across Quoting, Purchasing, Stock Lot creation, Shipping, and Allocation. You can learn more about these workflows here.

First, select the relevant parts and click the "Request Quotes for X Parts" action button

Next make any Quantity, Need By, and Target Price adjustments. You can also add notes before Creating the official Solicitations.

The Purchasing workflow will walk you through three steps before you submit your order. In this first step, you can make volume adjustments.

Cofactr enables you to play around with shipping speed and pricing options to select the best option for you.

Then you can choose to ship the items for storage at Cofactr or have the parts sent right to one of your facilities.

Finally, Cofactr will show you a summary of your Order before you officially submit your Order!

First, select the relevant parts and click the "Bulk Create X Stock Lots & Add to Shipment" action button

You'll next need to select an existing Shipment and set the multiple of these parts you'd like to add.
