To give you a sense of upcoming features, we're publishing our roadmap! We'll keep it updated, so be sure to check back in! Please note:

We've tagged each feature with the corresponding plan in brackets (ie. [Starter]). You can check which plan you're on by visiting the Billing App in your Cofactr instance. Or, you can check Coafctr's Pricing page.

Q3 2024

BOMs & Production	[Everyone] Custom Attrition Models Currently, custom attrition models can be requested via reaching out to [email protected]. The new functionality will allow attrition to be customized and changed in platform.
Procurement	[Platform] Purchase Order & Packing Slip Generation Generate PDF Purchase Order & Packing Slip documents for purchases/shipments created in the platform. PDF templates are fully customizable for Enterprise plan customers.
Parts & Data	[Everyone] Universal Search Quickly search through programs, parts, BOMs, etc. [AI Intelligence Package] Parametric search Cofactr’s adding AI-assisted parametric search functionality to allow you to drill down to a specific electronic component by part category and sub-category. [AI Intelligence Package] PCN Alerts Get alerts from Cofactr when there are any Part Change Notifications regarding parts in your library. PCNs typically contain information regarding the lifecycle status of a part, and when production will cease. [Platform] Component Availability Predictions Based on historical profitability and stock levels, the Cofactr platform will show you a prediction of future availability to enhance procurement decision-making.

Q4 2024

Integrations & Preferences	[Everyone] Commenting A new way to collaborate within the Cofactr platform. Add comments for your team to see, and discuss parts/procurement in real time. [Platform] Custom Fields Track anything you can imagine with custom fields. Currently, custom fields can be requested by reaching out to [email protected]. This new feature will enable you to manage customer fields yourself.
BOMs & Production	[Everyone] Calendar & Timeline Views Track your programs with project management features such as Gantt views and program dependencies.
Procurement	[Everyone] Smart Buy Make purchasing a BOM even simpler. A true "One-Click Buy" experience [Platform] Supplier Scorecards This feature will enable more in-depth reporting of supplier timeliness & accuracy, enabling more data-based decision-making when selecting component sources!
Parts & Data	[AI Intelligence Package] Artificial Intelligence Alt Suggestions Cofactr will train AI to read and understand part data sheets to give you alternate suggestions. [AI Intelligence Package] Alternate Part Comparison Compare an alternate side-by-side with your original MPN to review crucial differences/similarities. No more looking up data sheets and researching.
